THE PROCESS

ROCKHUMANITY.ORG members contribute 1% of one fiscal quarter's revenues directly to our approved list of non-profits ever year. ROCKHUMANITY.ORG is not a passthrough entity and we do not receive these donations.

Members may choose to donate their 1% off of any fiscal quarter they prefer and members may apply any other donations they may have made throughout the year towards their 1% ROCKHUMANITY.ORG commitment. For example, a company with $100,000 in revenue in a particular quarter would commit $1,000 to their choice of approved non-profits. If this member donated $500 throughout the year in other capacities to other approved non-profits, then that very $500 donation would apply towards their $1,000 commitment. Therefore the member would only need to pay $500 to complete its total commitment.

At the close of every fiscal year we verify through receipts, financial statements and tax documents that each member has contributed its 1% commitment to approved non-profits. This verification takes place within 90 days of the close of every fiscal year and validates the company's membership.

We charge our members an annual membership fee based on their annual revenues, with minimum dues of $250. For example, a member with less than $100,000 in annual revenues would have annual membership dues of $250. These fees allow ROCKHUMANITY.ORG to further market its mission, strengthen the meaning behind its seals, maintain its website and continue administration for its members.

New non-profits are suggested and added very frequently as they pass our verification process.
